It is time for us to start getting some firm commitments for those of you wanting to go this year! The total estimated cost of the trip is about $1600 per person depending on our airline costs. When I checked this week the average ticket price for flights was about $700; so the sooner we can get our reservations made, the more assured we will be in helping people keep costs at a minimum. The total number of people going on the trip does affect the total cost. We need a minimum of 8 people to make the trip; a maximum 15.
What I would like to do is get firm commitments from people by February 15th so that we can begin making definite plans for the trip.
